Very active, moderately sour. It took 3 weeks to really get going, but now she's unstoppable.
Taste & flavour
- 20g Ap flour
- 20g Wheat flour
- 42g Water
Remove from Refrigerator. Measure out 20 - 60 g depending on what I'm planning on baking. Add equal amounts AP flour and water. mix well, label, cover. Feel every 10 hours 3 times before baking
