2020 'dan beri
I have been baking sourdough for many years. I have roughly 7 different starters and this is just my latest baby.
Self-started after the electricity came back on post hurricane Isaias. I felt the need to ground myself by baking bread while surrounded by destruction. The pizza dough has been off the charts. This starter is frothy and so very happy and I am looking forward to many creations in the coming weeks.
