Starting ingredients

  • 50% Whole wheat flour
  • 45% Water

Feeding ingredients

  • 50% Whole weath flour
  • 45% Water

When my starter jar is empty, I add flour and water. I leave my starter on o counter for an hour and they it goes to the refrigerator.
