I've always loved baking and cooking and so when I learnt more about sourdough and what it's all about I wanted to try it out.
It's young, fun, and loves to eat.
Taste & flavour
- 35g Baker's flour
- 35g Wholemeal
- 70g Water
Measure out the following: 70 g water 35 gm baker's flour 35 gm wholemeal
35g Baker's flour 35g Wholemeal 70g Water
Discard 1/3 of existing starter. Add the pre-measured starter feed to starter and mix to combine.
Leave out at room temperature for 8 hours.
Return to fridge.
