Characteristics
It makes wonderfull bread. I am currently baking a bread that is 60% Red Fife and 40% Spanish Spelt. I grow , harvest , clean and grind the grains.

I grew a Rye and created my starter from my rye flour.

Took another piece and added more water then I made bread with it
