Starting ingredients

  • 100% Organic ap
  • 100% Filtered, boiled, cooled

Feeding ingredients

  • 4oz Organic ap
  • 4oz Filtered water

It is stored in the frig and fed 3X week.

Working method

Technically it is a white flour starter, it started out as a rye. It is 100% hydration, organic AP flour and filtered, boiled tap water.
