Fold in flour mix water and starter using wooden spoon into 1l kilner jar, then refrigerate until the next feed

10g Rye, 20g wholewheat, 70g white bread flour, 100g Brittany filtered water, 100g of starter each feed. If the starter begins to get too thin, 75g of filtered water to 100g starter 100g flour mix
