I have always wanted to learn how to bake good tasting bread. I thought sourdough bread was all about flavor but suddenly realized there was more to it. I learned it was the ancient was of bread making and sourdough is the rising part that takes the place of store bought yeast!
Once fed, the starter is now quickly rising within 4 hours.
