Starting ingredients

  • 50g Wheat flour at 14% pr
  • 50g Water

Feeding ingredients

  • 100g Water
  • 100g Flo

Mixing in some rye or wholemeal when I want to boost it. When making bigger batch it's fed 3 times with 100% hydrated wheat flour
