The school asked me to start sourdough workshops. I never worked with sourdough. So I started te make own sourdoughs. After a few tries, mambo Born’s. Now he’s already for 3 years my best friend.
Caractéristiques
It’s a fruity liquid sourdough made of 50% water and 50% wheat flower. It’s 3 years old and shared already with more then 40 people.
