Was bored with instant doughs and wanted a better tasting bread.
It has a nice firm open texture with a light sour flavour. The crust gives a malty taste and a great crunch.

- 100% Flour
- 100% Water
- 3g Sultanas
The starter stays in the jar and gets equal amounts of flour and water added after using required amount for baking.
It started with 150g white wheat flour; 150ml warm water and 3 sultanas. Fed it every 3 days for 3 weeks.
