Opisano je vec gore-10+20+20. Naknadno sam napravila i stiff 10 starter+10g vode+20g brasna. Naravno to je pocetni omjer,uvijek ga imam 100g u frizideru i nahranim kolko ce mi trebat,al 50g maticnog,nahranjenog vratim u frizider

Working method

Starter je star 2 mj. Integralno brasno i voda u startu-nakon cca 10 dana ozivio. Od tada ga hranim 10g starter+20g brasna (10g integralno,10 g t550) +20g odstajale vode sobne temperature

Prva 3 dana nadodavala 10g brasna i 20g vode. 4-ti dan i dalje uzimala 10 g i u novu staklenku dodala 20g brasna i 20g vode
