Since 2015

I had my first child Aerie Harlow and was returning to work developing a commissary program for a local Coffee shop. I wanted to set that brand apart with specialty breads not regularly available. So Bobby was created. A couple years later and Bobby kick started my own business.

Characteristics

Beautifully sour with a medium consistent crumb. INCREDIBLE for Ciabatta (which we call CiaBobby).
