  • 20g Samolina flour
  • 100g Water
  • 100g Apple juice

Remove 200 gr of sour dough and add 200 gr bread flour,20gr samolina flour,100 gr water,100 gr apple juice.

Working method

I use water from skin of apple and raisin i did overnight. Composition : 200 gr bread flour, 20 gr samolina flour, 100gr water, 100gr apple juice.
