- 25g Starter
Feeding ingredients
- 60g Wheat flour
- 60g Water

Mix all ingredients, leave to rise for 24 hours at room temperature.

Mix all ingredients, leave to rise for 8-10 hours at room temperature before using it to bake a bread.
If preparing for the first time - repeat this cycle 4-5 times every 24 hours before using the starter for baking bread for the very first time.
