I remember watching Alex French Guy Cooking YouTube Sourdough series mid 2017 and trying a first attempt which was not successful. I then tried again beginning 2018, which is when I actively started baking. I always found the world of fermentation interesting, starting with Kimchi, therefore sourdough intrigued me.

She has been very resilient since she was born. She went through hard times with her owner forgetting from time to time about her, but she always knew she could never be replaced.
