We refresh our sourdough almost 8 hour in order to use it to made bread

작업방식

To prepare our started we used purple wheat, fruits and yoghurt lacto bacilliIt take 1 week to find fermentation and after that we refresh the started only with purple wheat and water. After two weeks we use the started tu made bread.
