Weigh starter to determine feeding amount.

Feed it 150g water and 150g all purpose flour

Metodo di lavorazione

Day 1: Mix equal parts water and all purpose flour.
Day 2: Discard half of mixture and feed equal parts water and flour. Repeat discard / feeding process for 2-3 more days to create strong healthy starter.
