- 100g Old sourgdough
- 100g Water (tab, 30°)
- 80g Wholemeal Wheat Flour
- 20g Undefined

Take 100g old sourdough mix it with 100g tabwater ( around 30°). Add 80g whole wheat flower, ( Camp Remy, grinded at Artemeersmolen, Poeke)
and 20g whole rye flower ( artemeersmolen). Mix it well, let it stand on the kitchencounter untill doubled.
