Just mix in equal amounts of water and rye flour

Mix water, rye flour, leave at room temperature for 24 hours

Add water, rye flour, mix and leave at room temperature for 24 hours

Discard 80g of the mix, add rye flour and water, mix and leave at room temperature for 24 hours
30g Organic rye flour

Discard 60g of the mix and replace by rye flour and water, mix, leave at room temperature. Ready to use in 24 hours
