Siempre me ha gustado experimentar en la cocina, durante un curso en la universidad aprendimos sobre masa madre y tuve la curiosidad de intentarlo en la casa.

Özellikleri

Es una masa madre joven, bastante resistente ya que puedo pasar días sin alimentarla y luego de un par de veces de alimentarla vuelve a tener fuerza. Con el tiempo el aroma ácido ha ido incrementando, sin embargo al hornearlo este sabor no predomina. Al vivir en un clima húmedo, no requiere de mucho porcentaje de hidratación a la hora de hornear con ella.

Dissolved yogurt in water, then added the flour, mixed everything together a let it sit for 24 hours.

Fed the starter every 12-24 hoursduring a week to make it strong before I started baking. I discard half of the starter and feed it with the amount (grams) y discarded. I just mix everything together.
