started may 2016, with whole wheat flour. it's stored in the refrigerator and fed weekly. slightly sour taste. nice amount of active "bubbles." some weeks it is more active than others while refrigeratated. responds very well to tempetature change from cold refrigerator to room temperature whether fed or unfed.
