I have always had a love of baking and in 2020 when we all had some spare time, I thought there is no time like the present. My mom had done sourdough for a couple of years when I was a young kid which is another reason I wanted to try it. I quickly fell in love with the process and love the creativity behind bread making, especially sourdough.
특징
My sourdough is an all white sourdough starter that has occasionally been fed some rye to give an extra boost. It’s currently (as of 2023) 3 years old. I have made things from bread to pie crust to granola with it and love the creative possibilities sourdough brings.
