Im still getting vsrious results because i have been staying at difgerrnt locstions and usung different ovens. I am now waiting for new kitchen to be fitted so hopefully will have some continuity

Discard half and refresh with 50percent flour and 50 water

Started with 50g rye 250g bread flour 300g water. Now tend to feed with just white bread flour and occasionally use a bit of rye or wholemeal.
