I was a big fan of Joshua Weissman, watched his channel and followed his sourdough baking episodes.

특징

It has a mild tang, and really complex taste, depends on what flour I use to bake it, it sometimes very nutty, sometimes sour-sweet.

  • 50g Rye
  • 50g Tap water

먹이재료

  • 25% Rye
  • 25% Wheat
  • 50% Water

keep 20 grams in the jar, add 50g of water and stir, then add 25g of rye flour plus 25g of wheat flour

I used rye flour from northern China to create it
