My dear friend shared with me her starter which she use to make her beautiful sourdough bread. I was addicted once I start baking my first loaf.
Caratteristiche
Depending on the frequency of feedings, my starter activity can varies. The more I feed it, the more active and thus bread will come out very tasty.

50g starter, 50g whole wheat flour, 50g All Purpose Flour, 100g room temperature water. Stir together with sputula.

I like using fresh ingredients and will sometimes mill my own flour. Also I love the smell and taste of sesame seeds so I bake with them often.
