It have a really nice sour taste, something close to the intensity of sauerkraut. I think it doubles it`s volume a little to fast, it takes just 3 hours. It smells really great.

I bake every week but usually just one time per week, so I store my sd in the fridge.

I started mixing the same amount of flour and liquid, but I used 50% of white flour, 25% of rye and 25% of wwf
