Day 2 - 3: Add 40g of flour and 40g of water (no discard!)
Day 5-7: Add 1 tbsp of Flour and about 1/2 tsp of honey
Day 8: Add 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of water. You will notice that your sourdough starter will start to rise!
