自2017以来

I was interested in baking bread and pizza dough. I remembered having a sour tasting sourdough and I thought it would be fun challenge to learn how to make it. Since I've begun this sourdough journey, I've learned that it can be used to make not sour breads, as well as cinnamon rolls and other treats!

特性

It takes about 8 hours to rise at 100% hydration. I can get a nice bread that isn't sour from it. I'm going to try some different techniques to get the sour flavor when I want it.
