It's just a sourdough starter, created from the mash technique in Reinhart's Whole Grain Bread.

- 50g Mother starter
- 50g Water
- 75g Unbleached white bread flour
Take 50g mother starter. add 50g water add 75g unbleached white bread flour Mix together leave for 24hrs at room temperature (20C), use. If not using immediately, place in refrigerator.
