Starting ingredients

  • 100g Wholemeal Wheat Flour
  • 60g Water

Feeding ingredients

  • 100g Wholemeal Wheat Flour
  • 70g Water

Feed 2 times 8 hours apart every 2 weeks

Working method

It’s a mild stiff starter. kept in the fridge and feedings are every 2 weeks. It is wrapped in a cloth. Discard the hard outer shell and feed as shown in the ingredients.
