I have spent my career in chemistry (I love science, I love data) yet anyone who knows me scratches their collective head, as they see me (and I see myself) as someone driven by creativity. Sourdough bread baking - for me -is at the nexus of these worlds. I love it! I love using science toward perfection of a craft resulting in a feast for the senses. Art and science!
