I like the science of it. The living starter. The baking preciseness. But, it all started with a trip to California Adventure in Disneyland and the information video I saw there in 2014.
The starter is amazing. It's super powerful and very tangy. The bread it makes is filled with holes with a crisp crust and tangy taste.
