Characteristics

Really bubbly, always eager to attempt new thinhs. He prefers the space above my refridgerator amd has a steady diet of 50/50 wheatand all purpose flour. He is also kept at 100% hydration.

Starting ingredients

Feeding ingredients

  • 10g Odin
  • 10g Flour
  • 10g Water

Remove excess sourdough, and feed remaining in equal amounts. 1:1:1
10g Odin 10g Flour 10g Water

Working method

Place equal parts flour and water in a jar. 100g flour and 100g watee. Stir until lumps are gone. Cover and repeat process the next day. Throw away half pf mix and repeat over the next few days.
