My hubby love good breads and we can't find any good breads here especially sourdough breads. I always want to make my own breads and bake goods without any commercial preservatives, so sourdough is the best fit in my goal of healthy life style.

Characteristics

Mio very strong and can rise double size in 2 hours, she's still rise in the refrigerator.

Starting ingredients

I took out my starter at 7am and feeding at 8 am.

Working method

Day1. I mix 5g of bread flour with 5g water. Day2. an other 5g bread flour + 5g water, Day3. 10g bread flour + 10g water, Day4. 20g bread flour + 20g water, Day5. 40g bread flour + 40g water, Day6 80g bread flour + 80g water and day7. I can use it to make pancakes or waffles then feeding a few more times before use for breads.

Result
