Starting ingredients

  • 100% White flour, water

Feeding ingredients

I weight 25g of starter, 50g of water and 50g of white flour. Mix well, let it double and put back in the fridge.

Working method

Lucy was created last November using some of my Rose Yeast Water. It s very vigorous and never disappointed me.
