Characteristics

Erik turns out pretty good. I waited for Day 15 to bake. my breads look like a little ball. rise perfect! Eva is still under progress.

Starting ingredients

  • 50% Whole wheat flour
  • 50% White flour
  • 100% Water
  • 100% Rye flour
  • 100% Water

Feeding ingredients
