This sourdough has a mild sour tang to it with quick rise time in liquid form and an amazing large crumb.
Taste & flavour
- 50% Pineapple juice
- 50% All purpose flour
- 150g Water
- 150g All purpose flour
- 150g Starter
Add equal amounts all purpose flour and water every eight to twelve hours to the same amount of starter.

Combine equal amounts pineapple juice and all purpose flour for first four days every eight hours removing half before adding flour and juice to mixture each time. Switch to equal amounts water and flour being added to half mixture after four days.
50% Pineapple juice 50% All purpose flour
