Recipe

Starting ingredients

  • 100g Milk full fat
  • 100g Bread flour
  • 50g Sugar
  • 100g Champa sourdough starter

Feeding ingredients

  • 50g Bread flour
  • 50g Milk
  • 25g Sugar

Discard all but 100 grams and feed 50gr bread flour, 50gr milk and 25 gr sugar. Once a week. Milk first from fridge cold then flour into the jar
