Remove excess sourdough, and feed remaining in equal amounts. 1:1:1

1
Place equal parts flour and water in a jar. 100g flour and 100g watee. Stir until lumps are gone. Cover and repeat process the next day.
Throw away half pf mix and repeat over the next few days.
