It's meditating and find it very healthy and easy to digest.even my mother who has gastro problem finds it very easy to digest.

Caractéristiques

I have mother named tatva (Sanskrit name)means elements,from which I yielded successfully two more one is with white flour and other with wholewheat flour,the main character and good point is that it really likes energy,it's happy and healthy when sunlight is on it.very sad and gloomy in rainy season,so I think my "tatva" loves energy like I like it too..to be lively all the time.

I feed my starter twice every 10-12hrs .sometimes 3times every 6hrs.i like it if it is less acetic so I prefer keeping it at ambient temp approx at 27c

It is now more of white flour and some times I add rye flour for accelerating the activity with 100% hydration and for 12 hrs time to mature or rise
