Love the taste & am into lactofermentation, kimchi, kombucha etc. Then my boyfriend bought me the Bread Ahead one day sourdough course for Christmas which kick started things.
Caractéristiques
Lenny is the offspring of Bruce who is one of Bread Ahead's starters. I brought him home when I did their one day course & have had him since March 2017. He's a big, messy boy who tends to live in the fridge.
