We could not get locally baked San Francisco sourdough bread so I tried myself. It has come out great!

Zutaten für den Starter
- 100g Unbleached ap flour
- 100g Water
Zutaten für die Auffrischung

remove from refrigerator. Let sit at room temp for 1-2 hours.

remove 50% of starter.

add in 100g Unbleached AP flour and 100g water.

return to refrigerator.
Aufarbeitung

Combine and let sit for 4 hours. Return to refrigerator after bubbles start
